    WHOWE ARE: CountHQ offersAustralian Businesses and Accountants a managed bookkeeping andaccounting services. Were a technology and process drivenorganisation with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for ourclients

    THEROLE:Youwill have a critical responsibility for monitoring processescoordinating teams and ensuring meeting the client s expectationswith respect to our SLAs. You will work closely with the Australianclients to plan and schedule their work with the goal of minimizingturnaround time and eliminating interruptions to normal operations.
    You will be coordinating with our business units and appropriatelyprioritizing the work requests. This will involve ensuring requiredresources are identified planned organised and scheduled prior tothe deadlines. You will be reporting to your Team Manager / TeamLeader.

    YOURRESPONSIBILITIES:

    1.Prioritizing
    a)Individual Responsibility Managing endtoend planned and Adhoc workrequests Assisting with task scheduling as per the definedcompliance and deadlines Improve productivity and service qualityby eliminating potential delays Create and maintain comprehensiveprocess documentation plans and reports Retrieve insights fromclient s feedback and team discussions Adapt with new software andprocess flowknowledge
    b)Team Responsibility Foster crossteam collaboration and support themto complete project tasks Troubleshoot team s problems andchallenges by reporting it to the client/ management Chair andfacilitate meetings with an agenda and distribute minutes to teamrepresentatives Assist in development and improvement of theprocesses keeping teams inconfidence
    2.Reporting
    Effectively collaborate and communicate project road map withstatus Report process outcomes and escalating issues to your seniorasneeded
    3.YourInput
    Liaise with the client to identify and define requirements scopeandobjectives
    Break projects into doable actions and settimeframes
    Be the glue to connect missing parts of the projectlifecycle
    Effectively navigate through negotiation tactics for a winwinsituation
    Strong work ethic and Ability to workindependently
    Keep your calendar up to date and don t shy away fromfeedbacks
