    LR GROUPS COMPANIES is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Officers. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with our valued clients. This role involves retail/counter sales interactions, and it is a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the retail industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner at the retail counter.

    Listen to customer inquiries attentively and provide accurate information about our products and services.

    Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their needs and preferences.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

    Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Stay updated on current promotions, discounts, and company policies.

    Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

    Requirements:

    Minimum education level: 10th Standard / SSLC.

    No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Customer-focused attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.

    Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.

    Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

    Salary & Incentives:

    Monthly salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month.

    Fuel allowance and phone allowance provided.
