    Job Overview

    The Senior Sales Executive (Team Lead) will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, sales strategy development, market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiations. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in sales. This is a full-time position located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Experience in market research and lead generation
    • Excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills
