    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations and Order Management Specialist. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes, from order inception to fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Order Lifecycle Management: Track end-to-end individual orders from booking to dispatch, including stage wise tracking of shortages and dependencies (stages include purchase of raw materials, manufacturing, finished goods stores) to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

    Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide backend support and to bridge with other teams and management on sales operations topics

    Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer needs.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as inventory management, production, purchase and finance to navigate individual orders and help resolve any issues that may arise.

    Reporting & information exchange: Prepare various reports and serving information needs of the organization pertaining to sales operations (pipeline, booking, billing, projections, etc.) Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and sales projections, to support decision-making processes.

    Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine sales operations processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    1.

    Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Operations Management, or related field.

    2.

    Proven experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.

    3.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data convert to information using skills like Microsoft excel and make actionable recommendations.

    4.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    5.

    Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems, with experience in Odoo preferred.

    6.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

    7.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    8.

    Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes as needed.
