    Description

    Position Overview :
    We are seeking a Business Consultant with experience in Business Process Consulting (BPC), specifically within IT Service Management (ITSM).

    The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITSM processes to drive business value.


    Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, with exposure to IT Service Management.
    • Proven track record of analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITSM processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000.
    • Experience working with ITSM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Desk.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Relevant certifications in ITSM, business analysis, or project management are a plus.

    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ITSM requirements.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Design and document ITSM workflows, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.
    • Provide expert guidance on ITSM best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support the implementation of ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions as required.
    • Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and ROI analysis for ITSM initiatives.
