    Responsibilities:

    • HandlingSales & Market Development achieving primary budget throughfront line sales personnel.
    • AchievingKey Contractor Budget for the year through proper contractorengagement program.
    • AddingDistributors who are suppliers to OEMs/Factories through successfulproduct trials & offering proper rates & service tothe Distributor.
    • Interactingwith IDs & their contractors & converting themthrough proper briefing of product range on offer successful onsitetrials of the products offering proper price & service.
    • Analyzingmarket trends & competition activities @ product level& provide suitable feedback & our strategy tocounter it.
    • Trackingcompetition activities and local market trend.
    • Expandwide retail distribution network within the territory and implementeffective network management schemes.
    • Willbe in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.

    Requirements

    • MBAspecialization in Marketing (Preferable) / AnyGraduate.
    • 712 years experience of hard core sales through channel networkpreferably in the Paints (min 56 years) with expertise on dealersdistributors retailers handling.
    • Mustbe capable of communicating in the locallanguage.
