Establish effective communicationchannels to keep employees informed and engaged.
Lead theimplementation and maintenance of the HR Management InformationSystem (HRMIS).
Utilize HR analytics for data-drivendecision-making.
Design and execute performance appraisalsystems aligned with organizational goals.
Provideguidance on professional development and performanceimprovement.
Address and resolve employee grievancespromptly and fairly.
Implement proactive measures toprevent recurring issues.
Coordinate and oversee trainingprograms to enhance employee skills andknowledge.
Collaborate with department heads to identifyand address training needs.
Design and manage globalrewards and recognition programs.
Ensure competitive andequitable compensation structures.
Build and maintainpositive relations with international regulatorybodies.
Handle global industrial relations andnegotiations effectively.
Provide guidance and support tomanagers on HR-related matters.
