Roles and Responsibility

JOB SUMMARY

  • Support Business Unit in backend activities.
  • Ensure errorfree documentation is forwarded to ops.
  • Ensure all MIS in place.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Must be a graduate. Post Graduates will be preferred.
  • 12 years of relevant experience in handling performance evaluation processes, and preparing analytical reports will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Should be well versed with performance processes and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
  • Thorough Knowledge of MS Office.
