    Description

    • Oversee the daily operations throughout the company and ensuring the goals of each department are achieved.
    • Drives the Organization's business development strategies and ensure team goals are achieved.
    • Responsible for leading and managing the target and sales function, developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, monitoring and reporting on sales goals, and work closely with other executives to drive strategic direction.
    • Partner with growth strategy and vision of the company and achieving the target.
    • Drive Training and Corporate culture in line with GrihaMantra vision.
    • The role requires to prepare sales and marketing budget in line with management.
    • Develop sales plan and develop new business leads, and service customer accounts along with the operations team till the project completion.
    • The role requires leadership skills to manage the marketing and sales activity of GrihaMantra.
    • Identify key marketing strategies to align with the sales target.
    • Implementing marketing campaigns including Print, Social media etc from ideas to execution and meeting the sales target.
    • Ensure the process involved in closing business transaction with customer and Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Perform competition analysis, market research and reports for management review.
    • Actively seeks out not only individual clients but also corporate clients and maintain good relationships.
    • The responsibility includes travel and working on weekends to meet client demands.
