    Description

    Nixon McQuadeare currently recruiting foran AccountsPayable Administratoron behalf of a leading business based inCraigavon.

    Reporting to the AP Manager, youwill be responsible for providing all round support to thedepartment activities with specific responsibility for the PurchaseLedger functions.

    TheRole:

    • Processing of purchaseinvoices and creditnotes.
    • Supplierstatementreconciliations.
    • Bankand cashallocations.
    • Supplierpayment runs.
    • Liaisingwith other departments and suppliers to resolvequeries.
    • Month-endprocedures.
    • Prepare aweekly cashflowforecast.
    • Set up andmaintain vendoraccounts.

    ThePerson:

    • Previous experience inaccounts payable.
    • Theability to work in a team as well asindividually.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
    • Good attentionto detail.
    • The abilityto work under pressure and todeadlines.
