We are growing rapidly and targeting $2B in annual gross bookings value by 2024.Internship Details:
Duration: 6 Months
Eligibility:
Recent graduates/postgraduates
Key Requirements:
Exceptional English proficiency
Basic computer skills (email management, internet navigation, data entry)
Dedication to commit 9 hours a day, 5.5 days a week with rotational shifts
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
Successfully process a booking on a designated PMG website with absolute precision on behalf of the customer.
Acting as a liaison between the Sales team and property management groups to facilitate customer property bookings.
Staying updated on the organization's range of products, services, and customer service protocols.
Engaging with the sales team via chat communication channels.
Participating in training sessions provided by the organization.
Managing booking processes with partner properties via their designated platforms.
Ensuring timely resolution of all tickets within the designated timeframe.
Adhering to essential Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain departmental efficiency.
Basic Required Setup:
A computer with high-speed uninterrupted internet connection.
