    Asa Senior Technical Account Manager at Xactly Corporation you willbe at the forefront of managing a portfolio of production customersplaying a pivotal role in their success journey with our suite ofproducts. Your primary responsibilities will include conductingquarterly planning sessions leading and implementing changes in ourproducts and accelerating value for our clients. Youll work closelywith clients at the Director level and above providing them withbest practice recommendations for business process optimization andenhancing their enduser experience. Were seeking an individual witha strong consulting background exceptional communication skills anda deep understanding of sales compensation or management domainscoupled with technical proficiency in SQLdevelopment.

    • Bachelors degreeor equivalent experience
    • 810 years ofexperience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis orrelated fields
    • Ability to translate customerrequirements into solution design
    • Strongtechnology and business acumen with matching problemsolvingskills
    • Deep understanding of SDLC RDBMS datastructures and database concepts
    • Proficiency inSQL development
    • Prior experience with relevantdomains
    • System integration experience andtroubleshooting skills
    • Outstandingserviceorientation strong interpersonal and communicationskills
    • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
    • Experience in a deadlinedriven fastpacedenvironment

    • Conductquarterly planning sessions with clients to understand theirevolving needs and challenges.
    • Lead andimplement changes in Xactly s suite of products to address clientrequirements.
    • Accelerate value and improveoperational efficiency for clients through proactive engagement andsolution optimization.
    • Provide best practicerecommendations for business process optimization and enduserexperience enhancement.
    • Interact with clientsat the Director level and above to ensure exceptional servicedelivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaboratewith internal teams to drive customer outcomes and ensure alignmentwith companyobjectives.
