    Tech Lead Product Content


    Job Description :
    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our Product Content Team.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong working experience in Product Experience Management (PXM) platform - Salsify that manages product data, content and other rich media assets to craft and deliver the consumer experience along with experience in software development and e-commerce.

    The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Manage, change, or integrate PXM Platform(Salsify) with other tool like CMS, Product Creation, Product Translation & micro services as needed.
    • Develop software using technologies such as J2EE, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML,PHP,XML
    • Good working Knowledge on Micro Service Architecture, Eventdriven processing, Non-Relational Databases, middleware constructions, API Integrations
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of PXM Platform & Integration solutions.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Mentor and coach junior team members.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years Handson experience in SALSIFY Ecommerce platform.
    • Knowledge on Digital Asset Management(DAM), Middleware Constructions
    • Strong Knowledge on API Integrations & Scripting Languages
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Experience with agile working processes.
    • High level of English proficiency.
    • Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
