Roles and responsibilities:


Clinical

  • To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
  • To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
  • To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical Standards.
  • To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient's care or treatment is recorded accurately and at the time the care was delivered
  • To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner
  • To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate

Speciality Care:

-
Basic Assessments /Vital monitoring
  • Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, BP, SpO2 Monitoring.

- Hygienic care:


  • Assist to Bathroom/bed bath, Mouth Care, Bed making

- Elimination needs:


  • Diaper change, Offering bed pan/urinal, Urine bag empty, Care of Urobag.

Nutritional Needs

  • Assist in oral feeding

- Ambulation and Exercises -Position change, Assist in Mobilization & ROM exercises.

- Psychological Support & Diversional therapy.

- Oxygen Therapy -Nasal Cannula/Face Mask.

- Medication Administration - Oral Medicine, SC injection, and insertion of Suppositories.

Preventive Care - follow infection control measures, back care.

Qualification:


Education:
ANM

Experience: 0-5 yrs of Clinical Activities.

Other required Skills:


  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to Good communication well
  • The ability to work as a flexible member of the team
  • The ability to be motivated and proactive and to respond positively to new challenges

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
