We are looking for a Sales Manager - Virtual Office (SM-VO) to join the team of a leading General Insurance Company. The SM - VO will play a crucial role in growing and strengthening the motor insurance agency network in their designated area. If you have a solid background in motor products within the agency sector, a well-established network in the area, and the knack for driving sales and nurturing relationships with dealerships and commercial loan providers, we want to hear from you!

Position: Sales Manager - Virtual Office

Department: Motor Agency Sales

Location: Uttar Pradesh - Bahraich, Balia, Gazipur, Basti, Sidharth Nagar, Kotdwar (Uttarakhand)

Reporting To: Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Development: Expand the motor insurance agency network in the designated area by identifying and recruiting potential agents.
Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with local dealerships to drive motor insurance product promotions.
Sales and Business Development: Meet sales targets set by the regional office, implementing effective strategies to boost market share.
Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular updates to the Area Manager on sales performance and market trends.
Local Presence: Maintain a strong local presence in the specified location.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the motor insurance industry, especially in the agency sector.
Experience in managing dealership networks and a strong local network in the area.
Experience in commercial loans with a focus on cross-selling GI motor products is a bonus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
