- Sales strategy design and execution in alignment with company goals
- Setting and achieving annual sales targets
- Identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing client base
- Managing sales pipeline and providing mentorship to the sales team
- Regular evaluation of sales performance and implementing corrective actions
- Maintaining industry knowledge and competitor intelligence
- Prepare and present quarterly sales forecasts
- Set individual and team sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and provide on-the-job mentoring
- Monitor and report on sales team performance, prepare sales reports, and participate in weekly Exco meetings
- Cultivate high-level relationships with clients and agencies, maintain positive client experiences, and intervene in sales-related issues

- Grade 12 qualification
- Diploma in sales and marketing management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management within a media environment
- Strong sales strategy skills in the OOH/media sales arena
- Demonstrated management, leadership, negotiation, and mentoring abilities
- Effective team target setting and achievement, planning, and execution skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
