    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at Self-employed, located in Mumbai. Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design concepts and plans for interior spaces, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and timelines, supervising and mentoring junior designers, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
    • Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects
    • Excellent knowledge of design principles and aesthetic concepts, color theory, and material selection
    • Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3d Max) and excellent skills in hand sketching
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, resolve design problems, and deliver innovative and practical solutions within strict deadlines and budgets
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of junior designers
    • Willingness to stay current with design trends and technologies and the passion to continually develop new skills and knowledge in the field
