    Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing As a Transfer Pricing Tax Manager, we look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of TP areas and processes, strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Key responsibilities It's fair to say there's no average day for a Transfer Pricing Manager so you're likely to spend your time on a diverse array of projects, responsibilities, and tasks. Whatever you are working on, our clients will turn to you for up-to-the minute TP advice they can always rely on. To make that happen, you'll be working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, making this the right opportunity to take on varied responsibilities and diversifying your skills and experience. The role will require you to manage projects and teams and involve yourself in business development initiatives which will focus on enhancing the best practices and process optimization. Building long term relationship with client and providing quality deliverables consistently and coordinating work with colleagues globally to drive collaboration and efficiency will be critical for the success of the role. You'll need to be confident in mentoring /coaching and reviewing your colleagues work and sharing your knowledge and experience to allow continuous growth within the teams. The role will also require you to develop people by providing continuous feedback and conducting their performance reviews and work with them for their succession planning. You will have the opportunity to seek continuous learning opportunities, key developmental experiences, formal learning for both self and the team. As a manager, you'll also need to understand, follow and communicate compliance requirement and policies. To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A strong understanding of transfer pricing concepts and international taxation principles – Should be able to understand, follow, and communicate compliance requirement and policies.
  • Significant review experience in transfer pricing global documentation process (preferably from a Big 4) such as:
  • Master File/ Local File/ CbCr
  • Benchmarking Studies for different regions like EMEA, APAC and North America
  • Intangible benchmarking such as licensing and service fee benchmarking studies; and
  • Financial transaction/financial services studies (such as credit quality estimation, loan/bond benchmarking, guarantee fee/cash pool studies, Bloomberg data mining, etc.
  • Good working knowledge of TP databases such as TP Catalyst, Compustat, RoyaltyStat and Financial transactions databases such as Bloomberg, Loan Connector among others.
  • Collaborated with global teams with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in engagement-related activities like budgeting and billing, allocation of work to team members based on their specialization, ensuring that all deadlines/services standards are met and are within budgets, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, and escalating issues to engagement teams as needed.
  • Ability to identify potential opportunities and risks and communicating these to clients in a timely manner.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team of professionals, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to reach to their full potential.
  • Actively participated in team and people management, resource planning and allocation, recruitment, and retention of talent within the teams.
  • Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree & Master's degree in commerce / Economics; or
  • MBA in relevant field from Reputed Institute
  • Years of Experience
  • Manager 1: 7 – 9 years overall relevant exp with at least 5 years of relevant reviewer experience
  • Manager 2: 9 – 12 years overall relevant exp with at least 7 years of relevant reviewer experience
