Guest Relations Executive - Delhi, India - One Tree BNB Pvt Ltd.
Description
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Assist the guest after checkin (inquiries, recommendations) / Problem resolution
- Assist guests with property directions if needed.
- Report guest issues with the Housekeeping team to give immediate solutions
- Coordinate with the ground team for any special requests by guests
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the Housekeeping, Maintenance team through the different channels (slack / Whatsapp).
- Good communication skills, should be able to communicate in english.
- Ability to handle issue and situation
- Basic computer / internet literacy (use hotel management software, upload docs etc) Previous experience of 24 years in hospitality is mandatory
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
- Handson experience with Hotel Management softwares & travel softwares like make my trip, goibibo etc.
- Keen to commit to at least a 12 year time frame for the role Excellent writing skills (no typos)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Problemsolving and decision making under pressure
- Warm communication empathy & personal connection
- Service attitude "customer is always right"
- Teamwork, especially with other Teammates
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
