Roles and Responsibilities include:


  • Assist the guest after checkin (inquiries, recommendations) / Problem resolution
  • Assist guests with property directions if needed.
  • Report guest issues with the Housekeeping team to give immediate solutions
  • Coordinate with the ground team for any special requests by guests
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Housekeeping, Maintenance team through the different channels (slack / Whatsapp).
  • Good communication skills, should be able to communicate in english.
  • Ability to handle issue and situation
  • Basic computer / internet literacy (use hotel management software, upload docs etc) Previous experience of 24 years in hospitality is mandatory
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
  • Handson experience with Hotel Management softwares & travel softwares like make my trip, goibibo etc.
  • Keen to commit to at least a 12 year time frame for the role Excellent writing skills (no typos)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Problemsolving and decision making under pressure
  • Warm communication empathy & personal connection
  • Service attitude "customer is always right"
  • Teamwork, especially with other Teammates

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
