    Description

    Job Description – Senior Scrum Master (Agile Practitioner)

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

    1. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams practicing Scrum principles, practices.
    2. Ability to understand technical issues at a high level; ability to reason with technical complexities is necessary.
    3. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
    4. Excellent knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats).
    5. Knowledge about other Agile methodologies like Kanban or Lean would be a plus.
    6. Strong leadership skills and experience in facilitating change at different levels of an organization.
    7. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is highly desirable.

    The Senior Scrum Master will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams live agile values and principles while continuously shaping our agile environment for success.
