    Job Description:

    As a Digital Brand Manager in the fashion vertical, you'll be the guardian of our brand's online identity, responsible for crafting and executing strategies that elevate our digital presence and drive engagement with our target audience. You'll blend your passion for fashion with your expertise in digital marketing to tell compelling brand stories, build meaningful connections, and ultimately, drive business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital brand strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all digital touchpoints.
    • E-commerce Optimization: Work closely with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, enhance user experience, and drive conversion rates on our online platforms.
    • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive traffic to our digital properties.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and leverage data insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve ROI.
    • Brand Partnerships: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, influencers, and digital platforms to expand our brand reach and drive co-marketing initiatives.
    • Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations, respond to customer inquiries and feedback, and manage brand reputation across digital channels to ensure a positive brand image.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand management and content creation, preferably in the fashion industry.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Creative flair and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and trends in the fashion space.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
    • Passion for fashion and a finger on the pulse of industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital innovations shaping the future of fashion.
