    The Opportunity


    We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Project Management to join our team for a period of 3 to 6 months. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Netsuite's capabilities and a proven track record of successful implementation projects.

    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Lead and participate in requirements gathering, use cases and development of Business Rules Document (BRD) to be handed to NetSuite vendor
    • Collaborate with Sattva cross-functional teams to analyze and document current business processes, identify gaps and recommendations (customizations or workarounds or revise existing processes) to meet business objectives
    • Collaborate with third party vendors/consultants to support Netsuite implementation including;
      • Handover of BRD to NetSuite vendor
      • Review and sign-off of Technical approach to BRD from the vendor
      • Clarity and proper sign-off for customizations suggested working closely with the vendor
      • Development and testing plan for modules along with detailed project plan review
      • Assist with project/status/ risk reporting to Sattva leadership
      • Help with UAT sign-off
      • Proper process/ sign-off to cutover to Production
      • Ensure proper documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, training materials and system documentation

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in Netsuite Implementation, with a focus on CRM and Project Management Modules
    • Minimum of 10 implementations of CRM and Project Management modules in Netsuite
    • Netsuite certification(s) preferred (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteCommerce)
    • Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices, with experience in implementing and customizing CRM solutions on NetSuite
    • Strong understanding of Project Management principles and practices, with experience in implementing and customizing CRM solutions on NetSuite
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
