    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    ● Developing intelligent, insightful reporting on the key drivers of our business

    ● Enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

    ● Manage end to end Analytical product life cycle

    ● Grow our user base through better engagement, enhanced retention, and reduced churn '

    ● Work closely with the Product Team to determine key points in our app and/or web experience that delight or frustrate our users and help drive a plan of continuous improvement

    ● Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward- looking opportunities

    ● Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.

    ● Working with large data sets, automate data extraction, and build monitoring/reporting dashboard

    ● Writing high quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data.

    ● Collaborate with multiple teams to find answers to our most challenging questions, particularly those that impact the growth, retention, and satisfaction of our users

    ● In addition to optimizing existing features, you will be expected to research, envision and recommend future features and improvements in the user experience

    ● Responsible for driving customer excellence and bringing the customer perspective to all business decisions.

    ● Implement data analytical tools and statistics to produce actionable insights.

    ● Influencing business decision making by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis, which brings out insights and trends pertaining to business performance.

    Experience ● 5+ years experience in Business and Product analytical positions. Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus. ● Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics or Data Science) ● Relevant experience in product analytics in a web and/or app environment

    ● Very strong statistical skills and the ability to apply them to create business recommendations

    ● Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Python. Proficient in BI dashboards and tools Personal Skills

    ● Comfortable in analyzing data from multiple sources to create strategic recommendations in a thoughtful, concise manner and obtaining organizational buy-in at senior levels.

    ● Skilled in transforming business problems in scalable analytical projects / products.

    ● Critical thinker and creative problem solver who strives for excellence

    ● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

    ● Proactively drive for process improvements to drive our platform forward with a metrics-driven, continuous improvement approach.

    ● Strong project manager able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    ● Team player with proven ability to deliver features from inception to delivery

    ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and obtain results effectively working with cross-functional teams.
