    Description

    Skills Required :

    Proficiency in Any One Programming Language :

    • C++, Java, C#, .NET, Python, or Node. js.

    Web API Frameworks :

    • Familiarity with Web API frameworks such as Spring, ASP .NET Core, ExpressJS, etc.

    Frontend JavaScript Frameworks :

    • Experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, VueJS, etc.

    Unit Testing Frameworks :

    • Understanding and usage of unit testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, and JUnit.

    SQL :

    • Knowledge of SQL and proficiency in writing queries.

    Agile and DevOps Methodologies :

    • Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

    Soft Skills :

    • Effective communication, teamwork, team handling, adaptability, flexibility, leadership, problemsolving, work ethics, and creativity.

    Job Description :

    • As a MEAN Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development and delivery of MEAN (MongoDB, , AngularJS, ) stack applications.
    • You will utilize your expertise in backend and frontend technologies, along with strong leadership and communication skills, to drive successful project outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • MEAN Stack Development : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of MEAN stack applications, leveraging MongoDB, , AngularJS, and
    • Programming Language Proficiency: Utilize proficiency in one of the programming languages (C++, Java, C#, .NET, Python, or ) as required by project needs.
    • Web API Development : Develop RESTful APIs using web API frameworks such as Spring, ASP .NET Core, or ExpressJS.
    • Frontend Development : Collaborate with frontend developers to implement user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS.
    • Unit Testing : Implement unit tests using frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
    • Database Management : Work with SQL databases, writing queries, and ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
    • Agile and DevOps Practices : Embrace Agile and DevOps methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and continuous integration and deployment processes.
    • Team Management : Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 57 years of experience in software development, with a focus on MEAN stack development.
    • Proficiency in one of the programming languages mentioned (C++, Java, C#, .NET, Python, or ).
    • Experience with web API frameworks, frontend JavaScript frameworks, and unit testing frameworks.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and lead a team to achieve project goals.
