Roles & Responsibilities
Execute functional strategy to drive customer engagement on data acquisition across all associated member institution.
Data Analysis by applying data visualization techniques to extract insights and identify patterns within the data
Drawing meaningful conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis results for effective member engagement.
Experience and Skills
6 to 8yrs+ of experience in Banking/BFSI / FINTECH industry with bachelor's degree in engineering, computer application / MCA/ MBA-Systems or a related technical field, or the equivalent work experience
Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R or others. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
Experience in working with large datasets and databases, including data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
