Description

1. Ensure that sufficient manpower is provided in each shift.

2. To plan deployment of staff dynamically based on occupancy.

3. Preparation of daily deployment sheet and submission of the same to Manager - HK.

4. To check the grooming of staff on a daily basis.

5. Educate staff on biometric attendance and rosters.

6. Assign duties to staff on respective floors and inspect work at regular intervals to ensure that work is up to the prescribed standards.

7. Regular interaction with respective floor PRE's to get a list of rooms to be cleaned as per scheduled discharges in a timely manner.

8. Monitor inventory required for smooth functioning ofhousekeeping department.

9. Supervise the rooms and floors and escalate replacement of furniture / equipment to manager housekeeping.

10. Monitor pest control on respective floors and maintain log record.

11. Monitor lifting of bio-waste from floors to bio waste storage room at the prescribed timings.

12. Ensuring complaint book is signed on respective floors after every shift.

13. Coordinate with F&B for clearance of soiled trays from patient rooms and floors.

14. Maintaining record of linen on their respective floors and report to HOD on any discrepancies.

15. Organizing housekeeping staff training sessions every week.

16. Strictly adhere to Hospital policies in regard to personnel leave allotment.

17. Perform duties as assigned by the HOD.

Salary:
₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
