    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Recruitment Executive to join our team at rspatelca. As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in any stream,
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
    • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates
    • Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and employee referrals
    • Screen and shortlist resumes to identify qualified candidates
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
    • Assist in the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
    • Prepare job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
