Job Title:
Telecaller Sales Representative


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Introduce and promote products/services to prospects.
  • Address customer inquiries and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:


  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goaloriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
  • Previous sales/telemarketing experience is a Must
    (Minimum 6 Month).
