Job Title:
Telecaller Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and promote products/services to prospects.
- Address customer inquiries and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Goaloriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
- Previous sales/telemarketing experience is a Must
(Minimum 6 Month).
