About the Role
As an Engineer in our Home Loans Domain, you'll play a key role in helping to make great Home Loan experiences possible by reliably providing easy to use product and services. You will ensure Home Lending Systems Stability and Availability. Focusing on Incident, Problem and Change Management. You will work closely with squad members to ensure outcomes meet customer expectations.

What will your day look like?
As a Support Engineer, you are expected to monitor Service Level Objectives, analyze and build enhancements for continuous improvement and triage issues with affected business stakeholders to identify solutions to restore productivity, sometimes working after-hours to support critical applications. Focus on long term performance, resilience, and scalability of systems taking a forward view to ensure new features and users have a predictable and acceptable impact on the quality of service.
When things are failing scramble and apply equal energy to all problems. For a Support & Operations Engineer understanding the business value associated with technology services allows better prioritization of return to service effort.
