- Technical Support: Provide highquality technical support for Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure, addressing and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Incident Management: Manage and document support incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and effective support.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides. Share knowledge with team members and customers through training sessions and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, project managers, and other support engineers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in technical support, with at least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and Storage.
- Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality support.
- Certifications (preferred but not required):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
