    Support Engineer – Managed Services Team Member Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure

    Overview


    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals through effective use of these technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Support: Provide highquality technical support for Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure, addressing and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
    • Incident Management: Manage and document support incidents using a ticketing system, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved.
    • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely, and effective support.
    • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides. Share knowledge with team members and customers through training sessions and documentation.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including developers, project managers, and other support engineers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Experience: 35 years of experience in technical support, with at least 2 years focused on Dynamics 365 ERP and Azure.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and Storage.
    • Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
    • Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
    • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality support.
    • Certifications (preferred but not required):
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
