    The Day-to-Day

    • Demonstrate flexibility in working nights and weekends as required to support customer needs and meet service level agreements.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using the company's products or services.
    • Monitor system health for connectivity, storage, system health.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues based on monitoring data and analysis.
    • Present and advocate for new ideas or directions in support processes, tools, and monitoring strategies.
    • Addressing all escalated customer and infrastructure tickets, with ability to diagnose and close as per customer SLA.
    • Prompt and responsible response time, ensuring excellent customer service and continued smooth internal operational workflows.
    • Submitting weekly, monthly reports as needed by management for KPI measurements.

    Your Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Systems Engineering.
    • 2+ in a technical support role.
    • Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, subnets, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
    • Working knowledge of Project Management/Support Platforms such as Atlassian Suite, (Jira Service Desk, Jira, Confluence).
    • Experience working with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus.
    • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Oracle, including database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with the Microsoft Suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel.
    • Experience with updating, tuning and authoring documentation.
    • Nice to have: experience with container technologies such as Docker.
    • Nice to have: experience with Linux OS.
    • Nice to have: knowledge of scripting languages; Shell, Python.
    • Nice to have: knowledge of Cloud; Azure, AWS, GCP
