ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and Responsibilities - Primary function includes Project Management, Client Management and Team Leadership. - Work in tandem with pre-sales and account management team to understand the high-level requirements of a prospect create, validate, and question the proposed estimates and timelines. - Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure (on-prem and cloud) which includes but not limited to M, Windows servers (physical and VM), exchange, WSUS, database, network and other infrastructure background - Should be able to mentor, guide and assist the teams in resolving critical technical issues in a break-down situation - Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation and manage delivery of Microsoft based solutions. - Hands on experience handling migration projects and should be able to handle complex migration projects and issues - Scope the project work through discovery of business requirements - Proficient in MS Project and tracking the project progression. - Capable of producing High-quality documentation, business proposals and status reports - Strong knowledge on IAM and infrastructure security concepts including RBAC, PAM, PIM etc., - Must have experience working with vulnerability assessment and remediation tools - Should be proficient in identifying security risks, gaps and capable of working with various internal/external stakeholders for mitigation - Manage project work in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) obligations and ensure accurate team reporting of billable hours for efficient client invoicing against the project budget on a periodical basis. - Manage projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards. - Oversee the development and tracking of integrated project plans. Adapt and apply the Infogain delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers. Establish and maintain project communication. - Oversee project estimations, and development of project deliverables. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project issues. - Set project quality and performance standards. Assess and manage risk over the project lifecycle. Maintain project tracking and information systems. - Ensure key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined. Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects Technical skills years of overall experience - Flexible to work in shifts and adaptive to own additional team/project responsibilities - Strong experience around exchange, on-prem infrastructure, M and Azure public/private cloud platform (Iaas and Saas) - Good to have one or more of the following technical certifications: MS, MS, AZ, AZ, AZ
