Project Manager with demonstrated experience in IT/Digital transformation/Strategy project implementation, rollouts at a global level. As a project manager, this role will be directly responsible for managing the full portfolio of strategic technology initiatives and partnering with global business stakeholders to deliver improved customer experience.

    What you will be doing: Program/Project Specific

    1. Lead & Program/project manage AI and innovation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.

    2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions potentially using Agile and AI concepts.

    3. Work closely with external vendors, evaluate their capabilities, and onboard them for project execution.

    4. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and innovation.

    5. Actively participate in innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation processes to generate creative ideas and solutions.

    6. Foster an environment of innovation and creativity, encouraging team members to think outside of the box.

    7. Active participation in research activities like conducting market / user research and analysis of results.

    8. Frequently evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in the innovation process.

    What you will be doing: Project Management Specific

    9. Experience communicating and interacting with C-Level, other leadership colleagues and customers in a confident and professional manner.

    10. Strong strategic thinker who can understand the organizational goals and can use technology, project management, and PMO leadership experience to reach these goals.

    11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to build relationships and resolve impediments hindering project progress.

    12. Proactively identify issues, risks, and observations related to project delivery and suggest strategies to mitigate them.

    13. Manage vendor relationships and hold them accountable for delivering high-quality results within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

    14. Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

    15. Experience leading very large, mission-critical programs that involve significant business change and organizational transformation.

    16. Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban development methodologies and related tools

    17. Strong knowledge of business case development including cost/benefit analysis, current and future state.

    What we're looking for:

    1. 8 years of technology, business and /or consulting experience.

    2. 2 years of working in AI & Innovation projects, currently working within the same spans or projects

    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong work ethics

    4. Demonstrated skills in delivering programs on multiple IT technologies/products/platforms/AI/Innovation

    5. Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously without constant oversight. 6.Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Well-organized and ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to deadlines.

    7. Proven Agile project management skills.

    8. Sees the big picture, thinks outside the box, and can provide solutions that drive results.  Demonstrated experience leading AI & Innovation initiatives across mid- sized organizations.
