    Description
    TechnicalExpertise:
    • Proficientin designing and implementing mobile application architecture thatmeets project requirements and scalabilityneeds.

    • Establishguidelines for version control and dependency management. Implementa process for the consistent use of tools and libraries ensuringcompatibility andefficiency.
    • Evaluateand recommend frameworks and libraries that align with project andteam needs. Lead the integration of new technologies to enhancedevelopmentcapabilities.
    • Developcoding standards and practices to maintain high code quality.Foster accountability and organize code reviews to ensuremaintainability andreliability.


    Contributionto DevelopmentLifecycle:
    • Overseethe mobile application development lifecycle from conception todeployment ensuring adherence to timelines quality standards andclientrequirements.
    • Leadthe technical planning and estimation process for new projectscontributing to the proposal and RFP responses with a focus onmobile technologysolutions.
    • Engagein continuous learning and research to stay ahead of mobiletechnology trends and best practices applying this knowledge toinnovate and improve teamoutput.
    • Workclosely with the project management team to manage project scopesrisks and to ensure timely delivery ofprojects.

    Leadershipand TeamCollaboration:
    • Leadand mentor the mobile development team promoting best practices anda culture of continuousimprovement.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless projectexecution.
    • Drivethe recruitment and development of mobile development talentaligning with company growthobjectives.

    Deliveryand ClientEngagement
    • Actas a technical liaison between the team and clients ensuring clearcommunication of technical requirements and projectprogress.
    • Managetechnical aspects of client engagements including defining projectscopes goals and deliverables that support businessgoals.
    • Overseeproject performance specifically to analyze the successfulcompletion of short and longterm goals ensuring they align withclient expectations and companyobjectives.
    • Handletechnical escalations providing solutions promptly to maintainproject continuity and clientsatisfaction.


    Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mobile applicationdevelopment.
    • At least 3 years in a leadership or senior development role guidingmobile developmentteams.
    • Extensive experience with React Native and Flutter; overviewknowledge of Kotlin andSwift.
    • Familiaritywith Agile development methodologies and modern version control andproject managementtools.

    Technical Expertise: Proficient in designing and implementingmobile application architecture that meets project requirements andscalability needs. Oversee project performance, specifically to analyze thesuccessful completion of short- and long-term goals, ensuring theyalign with client expectations and company objectives. Handletechnical escalations, providing solutions promptly to maintainproject continuity and client satisfaction.
