    Hiring for Technical Lead - Java | Leading Fintech Industry | Pune (Onsite)


    Designation:
    Java Technical Lead

    Experience: 8+ Years


    Location:
    Pune (Onsite)

    Candidates who can join in 30 days will be preferred.

    Job Role


    • Convert functional requirements, customer journey documents into software applications.
    • Leverages his / her strong understanding and expertise in designing cutting-edge application architecture for scalability, performance and High Availability.
    • Design & help to define service APIs, integration interfaces and integration mechanisms with partner systems on AWS cloud infrastructure.
    • Build Serverless platforms from grounds-up using public PaaS offerings. Responsibilities & KPIs.
    • Perform review of the code developed by technology partner teams.
    • Work with multiple teams (Technology, Data Science and operations) to ensure the application delivery is on time.
    • Improving scalability and performance of the product by designing and delivering software and infrastructure.
    • Drive technology partnerships, working closely with strategic partners in the design and development of sophisticated digital applications. Team Management .
    • Build a strong talent management model for the function and lay down career growth plan for solution architecture team.
    • Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the function.
    Desired Skills


    • BE/BTech/MCA in computer science or information system.
    • Required skill set Angular/UI, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
    • Strong knowledge on Agile (Scrum) methodology and best practices
    • Experience on implementations based on Microservices architecture
    • Knowledge of API based architecture
    • Experience on cloud native architecture preferably on AWS
    • Business Domain expertise
    • Knowledge of Business processes related to Origination, Receivables and Collections of Lending sector in Fintech Segment is nice to have.
    Technical Skills


    • In-depth expertise in conceptualizing and implementing application frameworks and platforms which aligns to Business model.
    • Hands on experience in Design Patterns, Micro service Architecture, API designs and Data modeling.
    • Hands on experience in using Enterprise Services Bus (ESB) tools such as Mulesoft, Apache Camel.
    • In-depth expertise in conceptualizing and implementing integration solutions which aligns to Business model.
    • Hands on experience in Java / Python / Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ / NO SQL data store.
    • Good exposure to Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure.
    • Agile development environment with strong knowledge of agile processes.
