Job Description:
RamanByte Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a Tech Lead position who can work in a fast-paced start-upenvironment with the responsibility for design, development, delivery, documentation of software products, and can lead a dynamic team. The candidate must be willing to take challenges, collaborate, and communicate effectively with teams, subordinates, superiors, and customers. We are looking for an energetic, visionary, growth-oriented person who can take the complete ownership & accountability of the Product.
Responsibilities:
The technical team leader is responsible for developing as well as troubleshooting technical problems for the successful execution of projects.
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing SOP
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and mobile-based applications.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of application
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Package and support deployment of releases
Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current technologies
Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
Provide multi-level support to users
Research and evaluate a application development languages to support scalability
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
5+ years of experience in product development/implementation/project management
Minimum of 2+ years managing projects and leading a team of developers, support, and testers
Must have managed a team not less than 5 members
ERP Development, Implementation & Management experience will be an added advantage
Experience on ASP.NET, SQL Server, MVC Framework, WCF, Angular JS, UI.
Exposure to latest tech stack for application development
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and able to quickly change priorities, Quality of Work (Attention to Detail)
Good experience in engagements that span tracks of work including User Experience, Technology, Project Management, Business Analysis, Infrastructure, and QA.
In-depth knowledge and experience with developing web applications with service-oriented framework, Microservices and Rest APIs
Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum
Experience with multi-threading and concurrency
Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
