    As a Technical Lead - Firmware Test, you will lead a team responsible for testing of new products in industrial automation domain.


    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    Lead and Grow Resources Lead Firmware Test team Ensure development of team stays up to date with the latest technologiesLead Test Activities Coordinate the planning of project activities for 8-10 engineers Facilitate backlog item Collaborate with other leaders to align iteration plans Perform retrospective sessions and prioritize and execute on process improvements Be the team's expert in testing standards and process to assure compliance and ongoing improvements.

    Interact and communicate effectively with global Engineering team.

    Direct and coordinate an immediate team to enhance product performance, quality, and functionality Influence mechanical, firmware, hardware and manufacturing design requirements to assure a successful end-product.

    Ownership of Testing Tools Collaborate with senior and technologist level software developers to align on critical technical decisions Owns selection and management of tools used for Testing Escalate issues and risks that impact project metricsWHO YOU ARE:

    For this role you will need8+ years of experience, including both embedded software / Test.
    Experience with Distributed Version Control (Mercurial, Git, or similar)

    Familiarity with Continuous Integration (TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar)Experience in developing/testing products with industrial protocols:
    HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, Industrial EthernetScrum MasterPreferred Qualifications that

    Set You Apart:

    degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related level of experience plus certifications5+ years of professional work experience in embedded software development / Test.

    Experience in Technical Lead role / responsibility is a plus.
