    Marketing Manager with CRM and Digital Marketing Specialties

    Job Description

    The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing, social media marketing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and improve customer engagement.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for CRM and digital marketing campaigns.

    Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and analytics.

    Manage and optimize social media marketing efforts across various platforms.

    Analyze data from CRM software and marketing campaigns to identify trends and opportunities.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with company goals.

    Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, email, and social media marketing.

    Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

    Develop and manage marketing budgets and timelines.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.

    Qualifications

    Extensive Experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.

    5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM software and digital marketing.

    Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

    Strong knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.

    Experience with data analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

    Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

    Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to drive results.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
