    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling various types of properties, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, and managing the sales team. The role requires a proactive and results-driven approach to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

    • Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
    • Ability to provide sales training and mentorship
    • Strong sales management skills
    • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry
    • Ability to effectively present and communicate property details to potential buyers
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
