    Operations Research Programmer / Developer


    What you'll do for us:
    Design and development of software modules and business process logic
    Drive improvements to software engineering practices.
    Formulate & Develop new math model as per requirements,
    Support existing models,
    Do performance improvement activities for existing solvers
    Write clean, well-tested code.
    Write unit tests for new developed functionalities.
    Root cause analysis/debugging of issues and drive resolution
    Collaborate with related teams to achieve goals.

    What you'll have...
    MS/PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Management Science or a related field with 4+ years of industry experience
    Deep expertise in building mathematical models and prototyping
    Deep expertise in mathematical optimization techniques
    Expert in Python and proficient in more than one more major programming languages (C#/ Java, Python)
    Practical experience in implementing linear and non-linear optimization methods accompanied by expertise in the use of OR tools (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi).
    Strong communication, influencing and partnership skills
    Experience building, iterating, and validating predictive data models from scratch
    Ability to distill problem definitions, models, and constraints from informal business requirements; and to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives
    Superior verbal and written communication skills
