Location - Andheri (East)

Experience - 1 to 3 Years

CTC - 25k to 30k (Per Month)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance postsales customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with productrelated questions, troubleshooting, and technical support, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles and order histories as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to postsales support.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
