We are in search of an SME in immersive tech to lead our team in crafting unparalleled VR experiences. Ready to join us in this exciting chapter of sports broadcasting innovation?

    Role

    As a Lead-Immersive Technology, you will manage application development of new Immersive technologies, product features, and software platform capabilities for future generations of AR/VR devices. This is a highly cross functional role, requiring an experienced leader with strong technical, program management, and leadership skills. We look for subject matter experts who are passionate about bringing new and complex technologies to life, who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing and owning complex cross-functional programs execution, spanning product management, user experience, software engineering, hardware, firmware, QA, and Data science, from an early stage of development through launch to customers.
    • Developing and managing end-to-end program plans, working across organizations and domains to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Leading launch/release activities as it pertains to models, firmware, and end to end software features and deliverables.
    • Driving and influencing technical strategy, proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, align on priorities, and set direction for a broadly cross-functional area.
    • Building and structuring a team, establishing best practices along with key performance indicators to ensure success. Design, build, and scale solutions to increase efficiency.
    • Ongoing communication (internal/external) of planning, program status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

    • Engineering degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
    • 6+ years experience as a technical program or product management.
    • Experience in Game Development Engine: Unreal
    • Hands on with AR/VR technologies.
    • Delivered technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
    • 3D pipeline, game physics and cinematics knowledge.
    • UI/UXdesign understanding.
    • Delivered innovative immersive technologies.
    • Lead teams with decision making, and presented to large groups.
    • Experience developing client-server multiplayer applications.
    • Knowledge in cloud architecture and micro services.
    • Keen insight into FPV and AAA sports gaming dynamics.
    • Interested in generative AI/ML or GPT.
    • Understanding of IOT development.
