    Description

    Summit Consulting seeks to fill the position of HR Specialist, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle, with a knowledge of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Indian labor laws and demonstrate substantial experience in collaborating with diverse vendors.

    This is an individual contributor role and preferred immediate joiners.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and internal movements.
    • and implement standardized processes and procedures to streamline HR operations.
    • & responding all the received queries/requests.
    • the administration and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
    • data accuracy, integrity, and security within HR systems.
    • technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
    • administration of employee HR, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and other information
    • as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, escalating complex matters to HR management as necessary.
    • and advise executives on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company's policies.
    • the termination process by organizing discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting/coordinating exit interviews, and elevating and/or addressing any resulting issues.
    • abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
    • update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
    • periodic audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements.
    • HR reports and analyse data to provide insights and support decision-making. Like- Attrition trend report.
    • regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.

    Experience :

    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and internal movements.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with a preference for Keka, and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong communication skills and proven experience in employee-related problem-solving cases.
    • Good understanding of the Indian Labor Law system
