Company Description

Radiant is a fast-growing organization that offers civil engineering and architectural consultancy. With a prominent place in West Bengal, Radiant has demonstrated outstanding proficiency in both infrastructural and architectural projects. Currently, the company is involved in the development of 2000 sqkm of infrastructural projects and has completed over 10 million sqft of architectural projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Urban Infrastructure/O&M Expert. The Urban Infrastructure/O&M Expert will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining urban infrastructure networks and systems. The role will involve network security, IT operations, and networking tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of urban infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

Review the PTDP Township Management Plan (TMP) with regard to operation and maintenance services of public facilities and utilities, including land administration and management.
Design a correspondent training program on urban infrastructure management for PTDP and Thromde staff.
Collaborate with urban planners and engineers of PTDP, Thromde and relevant agencies to develop comprehensive O&M plans for the township, including transportation networks, water supply and sanitation systems, energy distribution networks, telecommunications infrastructure, and waste management facilities.
Market analysis and advise for contracts with third-party vendors and service providers for infrastructure maintenance and repair services, ensuring quality control and cost-effectiveness.
Any other outputs as necessary.

Qualifications

Master's degre e in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning or related field preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience of which 8 years should be related to infrastructure management, planning, and designing.
Previous experience in Bhutan / South Asia with similar geographic and socio- economic conditions is desirable.
Fluency and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
