Job Role Summary:


As a customer Relationship Executive at Crux Mobility, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

You will be primary point of contact for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Outbound calls
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Reporting and analysis

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
