We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Brand Services Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.
Job Description
Minimum 2-3 years of client service experience in a Branding and Digital Marketing agency will be added advantage.
Very good at building relationships – with clients and good internal communication.
Work with the team to help develop marketing strategies including digital marketing strategy & execution plans for the client. This would entail close coordination with the client teams.
You're passionate about relationships and are sophisticated at dealing with different personalities and different seniority levels.
Maintains a regular flow of information between the client and the team, ensuring milestones are met.
Builds confidence with the client solutions, project details, process steps, billings and deliverables are well organized, communicated and managed.
A strategic thinker, understand branding and love it when you really understand a client's business and arrive at insights that solve their challenges via their brand.
An expert at communications – saying what you mean and hearing what others mean to say, whether in a one-on-one conversation or in a formal presentation.
A team player; understand team interaction and roles of team members.
Perform well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and functions.
