The opportunity

Lead the development services for a small to medium sized project, using strong technical capabilities
Design, develop, and oversees the maintenance of solutions or infrastructure deliverables, driving team compliance with the relevant standards
Fully understand user requirements and translates requirements into design specifications and will do necessary developments

Your key responsibilities

Endtoend understanding of development processes.
Work on POC's to take appropriate design decisions.
E2E development of HANA Models and SAC
Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: BTP, Cloud Foundry, SAP Gateway, CAP (Cloud Application Programming)
Good communication skills
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Skills and attributes for success

Deep understanding of HANA architecture and HANA Modeling techniques.
Experienced in leading the teams and capable to drive initiatives
Strong understanding of integration theories, principles, techniques, and practices including experience with various integration patterns and products.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to contribute as a leading member of global, distributed teams focused on delivering quality products.
Demonstrate excellent technical & architecture skills in the context of cloud based global platform/product design, service management and product lifecycle management.
Demonstrate ability to rapidly learn new and emerging technologies and developing a vision of their suitability and role as a new product within a platform & product landscape.
Operational abilities including early life support and driving root cause analysis and remediation
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
Be very strong in architecting and building apps
Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any tier 1 Institute preferred
36 Years of relevant experience in SAP HANA Modelling and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Should have experience on HANA modelling, graphical calculation view, scripted calculation view, also knowledge of HANA SQL.
SAP HANA modelling and scripting experience including ability to write complex stored procedures and HANA views using SQL
Administer data models in SAP HANA, including setting of information validation rules, managing schemas, the importing/exporting and transporting of data models.
Monitor, investigate and optimize data models and reporting performance on SAP HANA. Advise on modelling approach and tools to achieve optimum performance.
Evaluate the impact of different implementation options such as table joins, aggregation, or filters. Understand the implication on performance of the various reporting tools and connection types
Script to enhance the data models in SAP HANA using AFL, CE functions, and ANSI-SQL.
Experienced in developing Planning and Analytical Models in SAC.
Sound knowledge on predictive scenarios, R-Visualizations and libraries.
