Your field of responsibility

Your responsibility include:

  • Will have the opportunity to work on Java/J2EE technologies with a deep understanding of various business goals and needs with respect to Records and Information Management
  • Will be responsible for analysis, design, development, testing & support using best practices and work on online architecture interacting with fronts end technologies
  • Will be accountable for preparation & review of artefacts related to solution design, delivery & testing using defined methodologies
  • Work as a teammate coordinating with various teams
  • Application owners, Business analysts, Requirement engineers & other project teams
  • Ensure delivery as per budget, schedule & quality
  • Participate in technology and functional planning processes to help in building development standards and solutions for the enterprise
  • Prepare & present approaches & solutions to stakeholders to make the right impact

Credit Suisse Records Management (also known as records and information management), is an organizational function devoted to the management of information in an organization throughout its life cycle, from the time of creation or inscription to its eventual disposition.

This includes identifying, classifying, storing, securing, retrieving, tracking, and destroying or permanently preserving records. The team ensures an innovative global records management platform to all of bank's business clients.

Our strategy is to design a consolidated target solution, including people, process and platform maximizing market research and peers standard process.

Calculate a sustainable case based on target solution, future trends (e.g. Digitalization) and end2end Business process analyzes.

Your skills and experience

  • Graduate Degree
  • Min 5+ years' experience in Java/J2EE technologies with proven technical skills in most of the below:
  • Java/J2EE Development
  • Application server web logic/web sphere
  • Spring Framework & Spring Boot
  • Angular, Java Script & CSS
  • GIT and Jenkins
  • SQL & Oracle DB
  • Crafting and developing scalable, maintainable records management solution for the Banks
  • Providing support/maintenance, quick fixes, issue resolution, deployment & business support
  • Working with partners to understand short and long term business needs and develop enterprisewide solutions for the above area
  • Enthusiastic and motivated personality with a cando attitude and a track record of solving sophisticated challenges
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive, compassionate personality and cando demeanor who loves to balance multiple challenging priorities and assignments
  • Flexible to hold calls to support differing business hours globally including India and CH
  • Knowledge of MQ, FTPS & Web Services is a good to have
  • Experience in Cloud (Azure) and Red Hat Open shift is good to have
  • Willingness to learn new records management technologies such as FileNet and OpenText/InfoArchive and use them as per the needs of the bank
