    Description

    We are looking for Head- Corporate communication for a Global Shipping organisation.

    The role would require setting up communication function for Middle east & South Asia Regions and handling end to end External and internal communication for the organisation.

    Specifically looking for people with 10-15 years of overall experience.

    About the role:

    INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

    Work with the C-suite and define, develop, execute, and monitor the annual internal communication and employees' engagement strategy

    Drive creative and impactful communication campaigns to drive adoption of organisations strategic business priorities

    Support and advise the Executive Leadership Team in developing presentations and building speeches

    Intranet: develop the content and ensure the accuracy and the consistency over time, across the various channels

    EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION

    Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets,

    Conceptualize, develop, and execute large scale brand visibility events

    Oversee corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and industry magazines

    Act as the reputational risk manager

    Oversee the development and the maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver message, accessibility, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is relevant and up to date

    DEI AND CSR

    Set clear goals and objectives aligned with our mission, vision, and values

    Review the existing policies and develop policies and guidelines that outline expectations and

    responsibilities for DEI and CSR across the organization
