Mission Statement of the Role:
Maximize ROI on marketing spends through a data-driven approach
Roles and Responsibilities :
Please note that this is a hands-on role with minimal people handling responsibilities. We are looking for someone who thrives to solve problems through a data-driven approach.
1)
Data Analysis:
Analyse data across the marketing funnel through various dashboards. Take a lead in developing various marketing dashboards on Power BI and Metabase.
2)
Campaign Management:
Hands-on approach towards managing various marketing channels such as FB, Google etc. Optimize campaigns through levers such as ad copies, landing pages, audiences, campaign structure, keyword optimization etc.
3)
Creatives:
Conceptualize and create video and static creatives
4)
Drip marketing:
work on drip marketing flows on various stages of the customer journey
5) Work on several organic and product-led growth initiatives to increase organic traction
Requirements:
1) B.Tech from a top institute such as IITs/NITs/NSUT/DTU/ BITS
2) Excellent numerical ability and data analysis (non-negotiable)
3) 4-7 years of experience in a growth marketing roles at a consumer internet company with demonstrated ability to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns
4) Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling copies and create marketing videos
